Willow completed her doctoral studies in Psychology at Université de Montréal in 2018 (PhD- Research). Her research interests focus on understanding relationship dynamics of couples who are parents of a child with cancer. Her doctoral thesis aims to provide a dyadic understanding of couples’ adjustment in the pediatric cancer context, while accounting for both relational factors (e.g., attachment, coping) and clinical factors related to the child’s illness (e.g., diagnosis). Her doctoral research is co-supervised by Dr. Katherine Péloquin (Université de Montréal) and Dr. Serge Sultan (Université de Montréal; CHU Sainte-Justine).
